What is Setup fee for?
Setup Fee includes:
- Check your website source code
- Make sure core files are not modified
- Clean up / Optimize WordPress Plugins
- Initial full update on site
- Check for any major errors after initial update
If there are any issues found during initial setup we will provide you a report about it and also will supply an estimate about fixes.
Do you update my content?
No. We only deal with your WordPress Core, theme and plugin updates.
Will you fix my site if I break it?
You can send in a request to support to roll back to a working state free of charge. Or you can hire our developers on hourly basis to get your site fixed.
Do you guarantee my site won’t be hacked?
We will do our best to prevent naughty hackers.
However there is no way to guarantee 100% security.
What if my site gets hacked?
After getting your consent, we will roll back to a state before hack and check the cause for you for free and supply an estimate on fix.
I need a new feature on my site will you do it for me?
We can supply you an estimate on the task and upon agreement we can develop new feature for you.
Can I upgrade my subscription
Yes you can upgrade your subscription anytime paying the difference in setup fees.
Can I downgrade my subscription
Yes. However there will be no refunds for setup fee.
Can I cancel my subscription
Sorry to hear that… You can cancel your subscription in 30 days of service cycle to prevent renewals.
Do you support Multisite?
Yes however each site in your network will be charged individually. Please contact us for more information.
How is support handled?
We have a special portal for our clients only. You can login to that portal to get support or shoot us an email.
What do I need to get started?
Your website URL and a valid admin account information.
